THE COMMITMENT OF THE ASO IN RELATIONSHIP AND THE HEALTHCARE OF PATIENTS

The ASOs have a fundamental role in the management of clinical activities and building relationships with the patients. More and more ASOs need strong scientific support that allows them good performance and efficiency in the dental offices. The efforts aimed at patients relate to the treatment done by dentist but not only these are importanti t must be added prevention and relationships activities that are mainly delegated to the ASOs. They must be able to act competemtly and responsibly. The congress session includes practical and learning sessions to better manage the relationship with the patients.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row evenz_container=”1″ css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column][qt-spacer][qt-caption title=”8.00 – 8.30 | Registration”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row evenz_container=”1″ css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column][qt-spacer][qt-caption title=”8.30 – 9.00 | Opening of the works with the President of IDEA Rossella Abbondanza”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row evenz_container=”1″ css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column][qt-spacer][qt-caption title=”9.00 – 10.30 | Strategic Agenda Management. From Organisation to Production.”][vc_column_text css=””]Rossella Abbondanza, Toshiro Savoia[/vc_column_text][qt-spacer size=”xxs”][vc_column_text css=””]In a dental practice, if the dentist and the dental chair represent the engine, the secretary and the schedule are undoubtedly the steering wheel and the control system. Effective management of the schedule can be the key to a practice’s success, while poor management can lead to its downfall.
How many practices have full schedules but struggle to convert this into revenue? And how many others grapple with patient recalls due to a lack of effective protocols?
The schedule is not just a working tool; it’s an ecosystem where various needs intertwine, such as staff coordination, patient satisfaction, financial management, balancing the workload of the dentists, and minimizing delays.
To address these complex needs, over the years, I have developed a method that divides “the Schedule” into five thematic areas, each representing a fundamental pillar for the growth and sustainability of the practice:

  1. Patient Records
  2. Timing
  3. Financial Area
  4.  Communication
  5. Management Control

These five areas, interconnected and complementary, support the secretary and the practice in the optimal management of the schedule, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row evenz_container=”1″ css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column][qt-spacer][qt-caption title=”10.30 – 11.30 | Correct management of implant components by the Dental Assistant”][vc_column_text css=””]

The correct management of implant components plays a fundamental role for the dental assistant.

This report focuses on the analysis of optimal practices for the dental assistant, in the management of implant and prosthetic components, highlighting the importance of knowledge and organization of the components themselves.

A linear overview of the main components will be provided, making it clear on a practical basis how to differentiate the different devices based on use and function. This update is essential for the dental assistants interested in improving their skills in the daily management of implant and prosthetic components, in order to improve dental practice and the quality of the assistance provided.

Dental practice staff may be exposed to various biological and chemical hazards on a daily basis. Protecting oneself from potential risks is essential to protect the health of workers, but also to ensure a safe environment and impeccable service for clients. The objective of this report is to deepen the knowledge of biological and chemical risks present in the dental environment.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row evenz_container=”1″ css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column][qt-spacer][qt-caption title=”SPEAKERS”][qt-post-grid post_type=”evenz_member” cols_l=”4″ items_per_page=”10″ orderby=”title” order=”ASC” grid_id=”vc_gid:1734703850737-f20bd967-ee21-7″ tax_filter=”evenz_membertype:sessione-assistenti-alla-poltrona-en”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row evenz_container=”1″ css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column][qt-spacer][qt-socialicons link=”https://www.facebook.com/groups/550626171713410″ icon=”facebook” style=”evenz-btn-primary” alignment=”alignleft”][qt-socialicons link=”https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRIzQjqXHHjnnPh5pbR6f3A” icon=”youtube” style=”evenz-btn-primary” alignment=”alignleft”][qt-spacer size=”l”][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
